Chartek QC Inspector Training

In cooperation with International Paint, we would like to invite you to the Chartek QC Inspector Training in Brno, Czech Republic. It is intended for representatives of asset owners, engineering companies, application companies and independent inspectors.

The training will take two days, including workshops and a written examination. Those candidates who have passed the examination will receive a Chartek Quality Control inspector certification / pass with a validity of 2 years. The language of the training and the examination is English. The number of seats is limited!

Participants are expected to have as a minimum a NACE CIP Level 2 certification and knowledge of epoxy based intumescent systems. Alternatively, direct involvement in Chartek applications for a period of at least 3 years combined with a Chartek QC Coordinator certification is acceptable as well.

ABOUT THE CITY

Brno is remarkable for its unique functionalist architecture including icons of functionalism - Villa Tugendhat, which is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is full of cozy bars and cafes and modernist architecture. As the city center is compact, you do not need a taxi and you can get everywhere on foot.

Plane
Brno has its own airport with direct flights from London, Eindhoven, and Munich. It is located 7.5 km southeast of the city center.

The Vienna International Airport (VIE) -  2 hours (190 km)
The Prague International Airport (PRG) - 3 hours (230 km)
The Bratislava Airport (BTS) - 1,5 hours (145 km)

Train
Brno is an important rail junction situated on the Balkan – Budapest- Prague – Berlin – Scandinavia rail route. All Eurocity trains stop in Brno. The Central railway station is located in the center of Brno, a few minutes walk from the historic center.

Bus
Excellent bus connections between Brno and the rest of Europe is provided by several bus operators. Brno is also the starting point and final destination of many national bus lines.

Car
Brno can be reached via the D1 motorway from Prague (230 km) or via the D2 motorway from Bratislava (145 km).
